Overview
The history page provides the user with a list of all the tasks they have previously executed. Each user's task history will be stored for up to 3 months. Any task older than 3 months will "expire" and can no longer be viewed.
Task History Summary
The following information will be displayed for tasks the user has executed:
- Task - Name of the task (sub-category + operation).
- Login - User who performed the task.
- Status - Whether the task was completed or aborted (aborted either means that the user cancelled the task or there was a fatal error while processing the task).
- Rows Processed - The number of rows processed along with the total rows found in the import file.
- Start Date - Date the task was started.
- Duration - The duration of the task process.
- Additional Information - Access a summary of how the task performed (number of successes, warnings errors), notes and log information. The log can be copied to the clipboard by clicking on the "Copy log to clipboard" button.
- Result File - Download the result file here by clicking on the "Download" button next to the desired record. All results are sent zipped with a password. The password will be displayed for the user until it's manually closed. If the download button is replaced by "Expired" this means that the file has been removed as it has exceeded its lifespan in the system. If the user requires the result file after it has expired, they must contact DOTS within 6 months of the start date of the task.
- Delete - Permanently delete the result file and archive this record.
