Import File Requirements

• MS Excel workbook with one or multiple worksheets.
• Workbook must not have hidden worksheets.
• Each worksheet must have the same number of columns in the same order.
• The first row in each worksheet must contain the column headings (exactly as described in the object import process).
• Column headings are case sensitive.
• Column headings not defined in the specification will be ignored.
• All columns are required, unless noted as optional.
• Column order is not important.
• Row order may be important!
• e.g Rows that reference any other record/s should come after those row/s in the (same or subsequent) worksheet/s.
• Each worksheet must none have any of the following:
• Hidden rows or columns.
• Frozen rows or columns.
• Data filters.
• Conditional formatting for cell values.
• Named ranges (Ctrl + F3)
• Links to other workbooks.
• All ExternalID fields except User External ID are case sensitive.
